Spiritual Lore and Mana Control

i have questions about spiritual lore and spiritual mana control. I started on a training plan and completely left out these two skills...guess i just forgot about them. What, besides mana transfer, will these skills affect? what rank should they be trained to? which spiritual lore will affect our spells? blessings or summoning?
so far i have this to 25th train... 1x armor, 1x shield, 1x dodge, 1.5x CM, 2x edged, 1x ambush, 1x PT, 25 spells, 21 ranks of harness, 2x hide, 1x perception. what should i remove or sacrifice for lore and control, if anything?
I also noticed that i didn't include survival, which will make it even more difficult to squeeze everything in.
any suggestions or info will be appreciated.

Spiritual Mana Control will be affecting all the things mana share affects now. I've heard Spiritual Lore will allegedly affect imbue and resist nature, among other things. Personally I'm going to ignore both those skills. Mana share has gotten too specialized and Spirit Lore is too high in cost (10 MTP).

Oh, almost forgot. Spiritual mana control will also up your mana regen rate to some degree.
