Its a dark mithril-veined vultite breastplate with a myklian claw tooled on the chest.
Full +35, 7x metal breastplate, standard weight of about 23 lbs.
Not sure what this is worth these days because I can't find anything similar thats not padded or excessively lightened, or scripted out the wazoo.
Just a plain 'ol altered metal breastplate enchanted to +35.
