I haven't been able to locate a scroll with that spell on it yet, does it even come on scrolls?

No. Champion's Might scrolls exist, but they are specifically made by merchants, or as a unique box-found item. I doubt it normally is created through the magical trinket system either.

That would be worth quite a bit. It is a nice chunk of CS. Something like +8 for sorcerers.
