Mana Controls

Quick question because Krakiipedia is slightly vague and there's obviously nothing on the website, nor do I want to search through thousands of posts on the officials.

How exactly do the mana controls effect the amount of mana returned per pulse? As a bard, I am not sure if the "primary" mana control skill is elemental or mental, but both cost 0/6. The way Krakiipedia reads basically says 1 mana per 10 ranks if it's a primary, and 1 mana per 20 ranks if it's a secondary OR if it's a primary but you have less ranks than another primary. Pretty confusing huh.

Anyway, I'm just trying to figure out the best way to spread ranks between elemental and mental mana control.

Bards are hybrids so MMC or EMC can be your primary mana control. Then its +1 Mana for each 10 ranks of the higher and +1 per 20 of the other.

For Example:

If you have 30 ranks EMC and 20 ranks MMC, you get +3 for the EMC and +1 for the MMC.

If you have 50 ranks EMC and 40 ranks of MMC, you get +5 for the EMC and +2 for the MMC.

So basically..

+1 for every 10 ranks of whatever MC you have the most of.
+1 for every 20 ranks of whatever MC you don't have the most of.

Last stupid question, what happens if you have the same number of ranks in two primary skills?

IE:
40 ranks elemental mana control
40 ranks mental mana control.

The primary control is whatever is higher, but in this case it just assigns one as such.

You'll pulse for an extra 6; 4 coming from the primary and 2 coming from the secondary.
