I like to think that I keep a pretty good heads up on the Officials...I have not noticed anything lately, are you talking about something recent?

Well, it was one of the last few mechanical changes that had a big affect. And it was sorta a "disguised nerf" since at the the same time it removed shields from being put into the sheaths.

Warriors imho are great as is at the moment. I just hope they crank out a awesome monk profession in due time.
