If it didn't slash. Unfortunately rapiers slash along with the desired puncture.

Being that I was the previous owner of that rapier, it is a good weapon. Yes, slash sucks but that is why CMAN PRECISION exists!

If I could log my char in that actually uses rapiers, I certainly would consider this weapon.

Which reminds me, I should ask about that in another thread.

Wspec doesn't work with ambushing which is the whole reason you want to be able to get puncture: aim for the eye. Does anyone know what the rough ratio of puncture to slash is on these?

Heh, I designed that sabre three or four years ago :( It makes me sad to see it being passed around.

The puncture rate was around 80% IIRC. You can always have it converted if you don't like puncture weapons, but then it would become a scimitar (gag).

Good price on it.
