Do I go with a 80 GB iPod video or a 16 GB iPod Touch?

Do you plan on watching videos on it? I think you'll be a lot happier with a more compact/mobile version.

iPod Touch. You can surf the internet for free if there is a wireless signal in the area, Watch Youtube videos and stream movies if you want. Plus the commercial song is so fucking catchy I downloaded it and listen to it constantly... Music is my hot, hot sex.. CCS

you sacrifice memory for quality. I find myself carrying around my touch more then my video. if i had to pick one over the other i guess i would go with the touch since i move things on and off my ipod pretty frequently. if you travel alot though and are unable to do that then you may want the video.

I'll be honest. I have a ton of friends with the iPhone and quite a few with the iTouch.

I haven't heard much good out of them, and they are loyal Apple lovers. I'd go with the 80GB if it were me.

Spring for iPod Phone if it is a option. I have a iPod video. I hate it, I don't understand the need for so much memory. I listen to probably 20 songs on my iPod and then they get old and I add new ones. If you ever need more memory just delete a bunch of the old songs/movies/videos/pictures. Watching videos on it is tedious and I find they are bulky. iPod touch/phones have a bunch of cool features and they both can go on the internet so really downloading a video, putting it onto the iPod versus streaming it off of youtube for the iPod phone/touch is the way to go in my opinion.

My 2 cents.
