A) If they do it like warriors and clerics when they converted, yes. They had a time set for free, and now we still have the option, but it is either $200 or $250 to convert back, and any levels gained are lost.

B) If they do it like the professions mentioned above you have to wait before converting (aprx. 4 months is what someone else was saying in the other thread.).
