Today, on my way to work, I docked my iPod into my car and started scanning throught my playlists. I noticed my Kansas playlist and realized I hadn't listened to it in a while, so I put it on.

It was days like it is today in North Alabama. The temperature is brisk, but not cold. Not a cloud in the sky, and it promises to warm up to high 60's, maybe even low 70's. Birds are singing...

When I was a kid, on days like today, mom would wake up early, put on a Kansas album as loud her stereo would allow and clean house. Later on, my brother and me would hop on our bicycles and ride around on our 10-acre spot of land...Stop by the pond, aggrivate the billy goat, brush the horses, and climb trees.

3 years? Wow, I think i'd worry if I didn't get mine for that long heh. When I was on Depo i'd (barely) get mine once every three months, which was perfect. Then I went off it for like 2 years, and when I tried to go back on I bled for like 3 months straight. :/

It happens from time to time, or sometimes more often when there's some external stressors causing problems. For most women though, no it's not normal on a steady basis.

Many someone's said Saturday morning cartoons, and the Friday night previews. Man, gotta echo this, that was awesome. I also miss anime that makes sense, the 80s had it best. Star Blazers, Voltron, Grandizer. Add in also live action stuff, Doctor Shrinker, Land of the Lost, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.

Not having the family biz, not that corporate America is that bad, but its surely a different animal.

Working when I could leave the job at the job.

Not having a cell phone and being available 24x7 to the biz.

My mom and dad again, cause they gave me everything, asked for nothing and everything, and taught me things that I still learn to appreciate.

Being able to not work out every day. <chuckle>

Not going to sales meetings, sales conferences, and all that silly stuff.

Not running after the ice creme cart when stuff was still 50 cents.
