Drunken Durfin

Someone asked me earlier today if I know what stats, if any, affected vocal cord recovery for War Cries. I don't, but I would like to know as well. I know that Influence and Race have affects on successful warcries, but as for the recovery I have no idea. If you want to participate in a little bit of research, please follow the instructions below and post your results here.
What I did:
1. Start from the "Your vocal cords are in perfect condition" condition.
2. Do a Warcry Bellow, checking your vocal cords after every bellow (by typing just Warcry) and continue until you reach the "You really need to give your vocal cords a rest" message.
3. Start the VoiceWatch script (bottom of this post) and let it run without doing anything else until the script ends, which will be when you get the "Your vocal cords are in perfect condition." message.
Please include your Race and Stats with your post.
My Results:
Number of Bellows to get to different points:
30 - You find it almost too painful to talk, much less shout
25- 29 - You practically croak when you talk
20 - 24 - Your throat is sore, and your voice hoarse
15-19 - Your voice sounds a bit raspy
10-14 - Your voice cracks now and again
5-9 - You have a slight tickle in your
1-4 bellows - Your throat is slightly parched
0 - Your vocal cords are in perfect condition
Recovery: (I really cleaned up this log, if you could do the same it would be helpful in making the final report)
