LTB Character 30-40

I'm ineterested in finding a character in this level range. I definately don't want over 40. I'd prefer an elf, but will look at sylvans as well. I'm looking for either a cleric, a wizard or a bard. Character can come naked, I don't need gear, silvers, etc. included. Biggest concerns are that I don't want a totally retarded name and I don't want aybody who's been tagged for afk scripting.

Ideal level would be about 35, but anything in the range would be great. PM me if you have something I might be interested in. I'm lookingf or a tranfser, NOT an account takeover, and will cover transfer fee. Will only be looking at using paypal.
