Im completely neutral when it comes to turtles, I just don't get why the whole thing is so funny..

Kinda like "i can has cheesburger?" cat, I find no humor in "I like turtles", but kinda want to understand why people find it funny.

Oddly enough, I recall standing in line in 6th grade (end of the day or something like that), and this teacher asking one of the kids a question, and the kid responding "I like cows....".... it took this whole thread to jog my memory, but I remember the name of the kid too..
