I'm reading this as 2007 AND 2006 taxes that require attention. I think you'll need a tax accountant that can also refer you to a tax attorney.

Okay I was going to call you a bot, but it doesn't look like you are. Find a CPA (it's deductible) and he'll determine if you need a tax lawyer. Not likely to get complex advice online unless you can show us your records.
