Tbch with you, playing any other profession after you've had a higher ranged AS than post high lord squares and a CS of 520 PLUS the gift of implosion makes you not want to play any of the other profs.
So I've had to sell my other chars.
But there's only one I'd ever play again and he is no longer mine.
And there was a reason I sold him and it was so I'd not want to play again and it's working.

I've never seen anything falsified by the farmer before, and if it didn't have the weapon or other gear promised, I imagine you could have said "hey farmer, you said it had gear and a weapon, but I don't see any" and he would have replied "oh, i forgot to put it on him, let me grab that for you real quick." And you could have saved yourself a little drama.

Looks to me like the only thing he might have missed was the gear you say was mentioned but I don't see it. Assuming you talked to him privately and had him include gear, but didn't get it. You should have nicely asked him where the gear was and had him fix the problem.

You never run straight to paypal and make a claim like this. Especially if you are in the wrong. Let the seller try to remedy the situation first, if for some reason they ignore you or tell you no, then you go to paypal/ebay.

So far it sounds like you are a scam artist Ditsy. And I doubt you will be able to resale this character if you go through with screwing thefarmer of his paypal payment.
