Well so the trend is slowly going from 15->13->11->10->10->9.50->9->8->7.75->...1$?

What month/year will silver prices reach 1$? I'm taking bets, place your bets! Even odds!

Backlash reborn?

I sorta doubt it. The reason being that almost every post Backlash made had been run through some kind of spellchecker that substituted web apostrophes for the ones his word-checka' replaced them with.

Although, the abrupt text style seems overly thought out. I.e. there's no comma after "Well" but enough structure to keep the arrows single-hyphened, yet maintain continuity.

And yes, ONE DOLLA FOR SUCKY-SUCKY ME LOVE YOU LONG TIME.

I mean text-based silver.

It doesn't make someone stupid to sell their gear for cheap in order to sell quick.

I remember when I first found out about buying and selling silvers, they were going for like $35 per. That was during the time where Dissipate and Aanalar were going nuts with enchanting with an army of halfling clerics, then Aanalar got banned for something I forgot what.

It depends on what's being sold and how cheap they're selling it. If your neighbor was selling their $500,000 house for $100,000 just to get rid of it quick, you wouldn't think they were stupid?

If said neighbor knew that said property was about to be seized by eminent domain the next day, they wouldn't be so stupid.

Obviously Ash was referring to their being circumstances that would warrant undercutting the market to get out quickly. If I was closing down my GS account never to reopen and my billing cycle was being renewed the next day, obviously I would sell cheap to avoid the monthly fee.

It is all dependant on the circumstances of the seller.

I can think of many financial timeline influences that would compel a seller to sell out dirt cheap and quick, doesnt mean it will ever happen, but they are plausable. Its mostly directly related to the cost of an additional month's subscription and the seller's ability to pay said subscription and continued access to said account where the merchandise to be sold is located.

One good auction from the lazy-Gms would fix everything.

Heh, when I was 16 I used to sell several mil here and there to a friend for $50 per, which paid for everything I needed. It was the best job ever.

Yep. Put 5 more sets of estates up throughout Elanthia, a steel weapon clone or two, another Spirit bow, a set of stupidly thick padded plate or fulls, etc and it would drain a few billion out of the lands.

I put a shitload of "grand auction" items into circulation in the past two months. Actually, most of them are better than the grand auctions.
