I've yet been able to find a bard that can loresing and find its 'special ability'. It just wont read. The last elder bard I had to try said it looked like an Iasha blunt. I seem to recall when I bought it about 5 months ago it was touted to be a locked minor version. But I cant divulge any other info from any other source.

Any ideas or info on this specific item?

I can't get the loresong for my knockout flares either.

Was something Khaladon put on stuff... And apparantly something doesn't allow the bard to find the flares.

It's actually because the flare works differently than a traditional flare.

In order to get the flare to work, you must hit head or eye. It has a better chance to flare as well.

Having a better chance to flare shouldn't prevent the bard song finding the flares though.

I got it to flare easily enough. Just can't loresing it for the shop..

So how do I describe it accurately?

Is it a 'minor' Iasha weapon?

Is there a tier associated with it? Is it locked? Etc.

Has nothing to do with Iasha. The flare is called a "knock out" flare. Just so happens that the weapon was sanct before the flare was added.

I personally love them. I wish I got two blackjacks(saps) done before they stopped allowing it (the flare idea was based off them working on brawlers and blunts).
