Anyone else playing this? I just got it, and haven't actually played it yet... Is it any good?

I was talking to Ana about it. She said she tried it and it wasn't something she'd do long term. Personally, I don't get the whole hardon for pirates things, so this isn't really my style.

I can't shake the fact that every time I hear the title I think of "Pirates with the Burning Pee."

Here's a crazy idea. Since you just got the game, why don't you play it and see for yourself?

Because at the time it was D/Ling for the next four hours.

So you were "getting" it, not "just got" it.

I got it, as it was paid for and a certain amount of the game was delievered to me, with the key code.

You bought it, yes. You didn't get it yet though.
I have absolutely nothing better to do with my time right now.

Nowadays the keycode is pretty much what you buy. But I digress, just post a pic of something.
And the game is interesting so far. My level 1 Naval Officer pwned the tutorial.
Thats okay, neither do I.

Break it down in a short review. I was interested in this before it fell completely off my radar.

I was invited to go play this game by Paul. He said that him and several other of his friends moved here.
I went and checked it out, and it just isn't something that I personally am interested in.

Its a game based on the 1720's Caribbea. You are basically a ship captain, and can be a Naval Officer, Freetrader, Privateer, or a Pirate. There are also four factions: British, Spanish, French, and Pirate. Its mostly a PvP game, but you can do PvE aswell. I suck at reviews, so heres one from IGN:
