Sorcerer Guild Question - Vaalor

I only know one rune. How do I learn more runes? Is it automatic?

I can't get in the Guild with knowledge of only one rune.

Footnote: I can't get into the guild [B]without help[B] with only one rune.

RUNE COMMON reveals that I only know one rune: wy'zio.

The couple of sorcerers I have talked to in game says this is odd.

A sorcerer learns all of the runes needed for Scroll Infusion when they learn the spell (714). Without it, they won't have any of them. Five or more ranks of Arcane Symbols are required to read the full set of runes. Anyone may check the runes they know by typing RUNE for usage, or RUNE COMMON.

This must be why the other sorcerers said it was odd that I didn't know more than wy'zio.

I have learned 714 (scroll infusion) and I have 16 ranks of Arcane Symbols, yet when I type RUNE COMMON, the only rune that shows up in my list is wy'zio.

Any ideas?
