Full Leather - Lightest or HCP

I'm looking to spend up to 20m on the right set of full leather. I am looking for something very light weight that can be padded, or a set that is already heavily crit padded.

Let me know what you have please, enchant isn't a concern.

Akin to this: Someone toss an edit to Krakiipedia regarding armor base weights. I'm not sure what "very light weight" is for the disparate bases.
