(613) Self Control with very many charges remaining.

Haven't tried to unlock anything as my sorcerer is in his early 40s and would hate to screw something up.

Some have asked that I try to phase it. When I do it resists my magic, whatever that means.

Pawnshop won't appraise but I paid something like 300k for the merchant to make the thing so the value should be pretty high.

Rumor has it that 318 is no longer available on scrolls.

Think spells 318, 618, 613 have 20 charges and 310 and 308 have 40.

By locked I mean, can no longer be infused... someone unlocked it, infused it, and locked it in the process. When something is locked it also means that it can not be unlocked again to.

What about charging merchants, can/will they charge up locked scrolls? There is one on the schedule of Sol Haven in a few days if I remember correctly.

Charging merchants will most certainly work with locked scrolls. Every scroll I have found that cannot be phased cannot be infused in any way via the spell 714. I cannot say this about every scroll with 100% certainty, as I think scrolls gained from casting 125 at the box they were found in can still be phased, yet cannot actually be infused. They can have the spells unlocked though, which is a great way to waste runestones.
