My ranger has a couple of the regular one shot ones she can spare.

I think you can still make them. I might even have one or two left from my previous work.

Its just such a pain in the ass to make them that I doubt anyone takes the time to do it unless they're stocking their shop with them.

Infusing is pretty damned easy. You just need macros.

I don't think you can even take a blue crystal up to 40 charges anymore since they nerfed 517, can you?
