1. Can anyone with relative certainty tell me which skills factor into Scroll infusion?
Obviously Arcane Symbols, though what about Magic Item Use, Perception, Harness Mana, or Mana Control?

2. What in your opinion as a sorcerer is the needed training to be a strong infuser?

3. Can someone give me the formula for the duration of spells (Outside our spell circleS) when invoked from a scroll as well as from Magic Items?

If it's outside your spell circle you get the base duration of the spell as the bonus is dependant upon ranks in that circle known.
