SGE Problems

Alright, seeing as how SIMU's TechHelp hasn't responded in over two months now....I need some help to get the SGE working on my laptop.

Info:
2007 Gateway Computer
Windows XP
SGE v1.14

Problem:
SGE times out after selecting "NEXT".

Previous attempts at solution:
Uninstall, reinstall
Uninstall, delete, download, reinstall
I've checked some setting that were posted as a possible solution for someone else on the officials, but didn't help either.

I'm really tired of using IE to log in and would appreciate any help on this one.

Do a search on these forums for AutoSGE.

Tried that one as well as the one on.....the site Mario always promotes. None of them work to log in.
