You attempt to shove the silk badge into the locker, but it just won't fit! Sizing it up, you realize that you'll have to remove 1 item in order to make it fit.


So did the common lockers go up to 30 slots then and those of us who are in a house and have 40 slots not get a boost? Mine was full before the change and it is still full. =(

Word on the street is they are going to raise prices again, just getting a few more tweaks in to make it seem worthwhile.

One of the simple yet effective things they can do to improve the game.

Though if they hadn't implemented the stupid 500 items per character limit, I wouldn't give a damn about this change.

How many years did we survive without an item limit on characters? Was there really a problem with people losing gear because of too many items? How many items did they have before it became a problem?

(Sad that I can't take something good for what it is, without complaining.)

They rolled in item limits to save themselves the trouble of fixing corrupted packmule characters with a bajillion items on them and no idea what they had.

With a gem pouch and a bag full of herbs I've got 118 items on me.

This change is awesome though. I downgraded to basic last time I reactivated and I always keep anything I don't need at the moment in my locker, so I've been tight on space.

Now I need to buy thirty more pieces of junk!

New news in the NEWS! Everyone's locker increased by 30 slots.

For those of you not so good at math, that means that 99% of you
can store more bent spoons and socks and 4x weapons, and 1% of
you can hoard even more of the unique items where nobody can use
them!

The capacity of a locker is as follows:

Standard locker: 50 (NEW!)
Premium: +30
House member: +30
House Arcane member: +20

However, we agree that it's annoying to have to remember that, so from now on, whenever you open your locker you'll get a status update on your locker storage, and you can also INSPECT it to get the same information.

So now when you open up your locker, you'll get a "You have <however many things you have> out of <number of slots in your locker> used."

No, House Arcane is a CHE, and you can only be in 1 CHE at a time. As for fees, that depends on the house. Some require dues, others a one time fee.

As for the WHY of House Arcane having more locker space, I believe it was a prize for winning a Glad Game a long, long time ago. Could be completely off on that.

That is for the members... I believe the houses themselves all pay dues to the system. So despite the fact that Paupers only charges a flat one time 10k fee, the Pauper's coffers still pay reguarly into the GS void.
