Preferably a rapier or dagger base, something quick.

And as much damage weighting as possible. Must be very heavy or higher.

I have a feeling they will be changing damage weighting by the end of next year, maybe even earlier. Right now it's totally useless.

bump - also have a 4x exceptionally damage weighted falchion I can put towards a trade.
