They're weird... they're chest worn but are worn over chest-worn armor, IIRC.

They are built strangely...they inspect as chest worn, but they can still be stolen from.

Normally chest-worn containers are exempt from stealing.

So basically...it's chest worn in that if you're wearing something that isn't armor on your chest, you can't wear the concealer as well (You get the "You can only wear 1 of that kind of item." message)...

But it's pin worn in that you can wear it with armor and people can steal from it.
