Is there any sort of guide to room lighting that I can use for my lockmastery reps? I know a few places in the Landing for different lighting, but now I'm in River's Rest and am having a hard time locating rooms to practice in. I hate carrying around scrolls/clerics for this purpose.

Not to my knowledge, as room lighting changes frequently. I looked for one myself when attempting to gather information for the resting location guide. I was told one was never compiled because of this reason.

There use to be a site which had several pdf files that had each guild and the most towns with the lighting. I can't find it all anymore. But as Evarin said, the rooms change too.

I still think that the average adventurer should be able to discern gradients of room lighting with a static verb. WTRICK APPRAISE's ML gauge was finessed into the regular APPRAISE verb... Room lighting, to me, just seems so darn standard for something that the average adventurer could/should/would be able to run a basic mechanical check on.

BTW, Pyper, you is awesome :D

According to what I was told by a GM back when LM was released... You should be able to find a room with every lighting condition necessary for these ranks inside the guild.

You can also create your own conditions with scrolls that have 106, 205, and 206 on them. Or drag an empath or cleric along with you.

Thanks, I'll check around the guild.

Stanley, I'm not sure why I'm awesome, but thanks!
