Just an alteration event outside the Landing recently, and I noticed that this guy never seems to enter an event he doesn't win somehow. Must be weird coincidence.

Maybe Roame scheduled the event specifically because Leff/Tsin needed something altered, heh.

He rarely ever misses a merchant, so naturally people are going to see him picked more. People who only go to 5 merchants a year shouldn't expect to win a lot. The odds just aren't in your favor.

well the annoying thing is i think all of the tsin crew were over in EN, so i think he just had leff there. So even when his odds are the same as everyone else, he still gets picked.

1 more terrible, terrible alter in the world.

Show up a lot...have access to 15 accounts...get alters.

It's simple. Alters aren't worth much anyways.
