I'll dig around and see if I can find mine. I think I may have sold it though. They were a "<something> device", if I remember correctly

It was a small metal device and finger (ring) worn.

Too bad I sold mine a few months ago. Forgot to who exactly.

Thems from Giggler -- At least from the first Dhu run. TURN + SHAKE HANDS WITH <victim> should work, prolly.

One of those little mini water cannons and a pelt rod and you're ready to be strung up as an example. In a bad way.

I know what it is, I was on the very first Dhu run and got one of Giggler's buzzers for one of his ship wide scavenger hunts, I just don't know if I sold it or if it's lockered on one of my 20+ characters.

This reminded me of those awesome lighters that shock the living fuck out of you when you try to use them.

I used to leave them laying on the bar or the bowling alley and just watch people jump out of their skin.
