Official: New Speech Verbs and Tones

Unfortunately, "whisper" as a speech verb has been disabled until we figure out how to phrase things so that whispering to the room with no options and whispering just to a single player aren't indistinguishable. Sorry for the false alarm.

In better news, we've added the polite tone.
