Alright somethign completely fucked up just happened last night and I just found out about it about 10 minutes ago. My girlfriend had to go and said she'd call me back in 15 minutes so I came here to ask your opinions.

Here's the story.

My girlriend passed out drunk last night at a party at her college and she got raped by some fucking asshole who told her friends that he was going to take her home.

I'm about to get on my way to go to her college soon, and I want to know your opinions on this.

The plan is this so far:

Go there, beat him until he cries and then break every fucking bone in his worthless body until he begs for mercy. And then kick his face in.

I am justified in doing this, am I not?

i would suggest planning it out in advance make sure you know where your going after it and DO NOT leave anything behind... IE take a garbage bag and put the bat in it then take the bat home with you and soak it with amonia or bleech then take it somewhere far away from your house and toss it in a garbage bag with garabage and put it in a dumpster... make sure you clean your car afterwords too... plastic garbage bags as seat covers work wonders

All the methods given about ridding of the evidence WILL NOT work for you, either. You will be caught. First things first, if something happens to this guy and he presses charges, you will be one of the TOP suspects...the boyfriend...you'll be right up there with your girl's father and other male relatives that might be close to her. She'll also be accused of arranging this to happen...he can counter-sue, and would be looking at a reduced punishment. Fucked up? Yes, but that's the way it works.

Be there for your girl, make sure she presses charges, and make sure you get the whole story. Revenge is best when it's least expected, by the way ;)

My girlfriend got very drunk at a party at a frat she goes to often. Her friends agreed to let one of the brother's take her home. Somehow they ended up at his dorm instead, and they slept together. It was consented.

I still think the guy is a fucking scumbag loser for taking advantage of a drunk girl, but since she consented there's just really not much I care to do about it.

And she wasn't sorry about it either..I was going to forgive her and work it out, because I had apparently found the girl I wanted to really be with. But apparently I was wrong again. Long story short, i'm single again.

Heh, wow, so much to say. To sum it up: leave her Neff and don't go back before she contracts some god awful STD. It all depends on the frat, I think. My friend Kevin's(Garnuk's) frat is full of freakin' geeks and losers...and is co-ed..it's weird...anyway it's like a bunch of nerds got together and were all like "yo this is stupid nobody likes us. let's be a frat. we can be called..uh..the SUPERFRIENDS! Yes. we are uber"

Anyway, they're funny in the ineptness, and I like them a lot. Not a normal frat. All depends on what kinda message your frat puts across. You can tell how people in it generally are going to be.

Sounds like your friend is in a co-ed service frat, those are usually the types least likely to have stupid drama. My sorority wasn't the worst, but we had our share of drama - I tried to stay away from most of it.

You'd learn that she wasn't raped at all. She had sex with some guy she met at a frat party after she got drunk.

1) A minor going to a frat party where alcohol is served. I'm surprised the frat hasn't lost its sanction.

2) A minor getting drunk. See #1.

3) A woman getting into a car with someone she didn't really know very well. She should be grateful as hell that she didn't get raped.

Are you serious? There are many schools where the Greek system practically runs the school. Even if her school isn't one of them, it takes a LOT of infractions, hearings, sanctions, and turns of "double-secret probation" for a frat to lose its charter. I've seen it NOT happen.

Ummm good luck ever seeing a Frat of any size or esteem loosing it charter. I basicly majored in Frat 101 my freshman and sophomore year (was kinda required for all us dumb jocks on sports scholarships) and it was basicly impossible for major Frats to get into any REAL trouble. There were announcements made supposed infractions and sanctions that never did anything. Hell at Greek Row at the UW we had riots 2 or 3 times break out where cars were overturned and fires started so full riot squad was called in. About the only thing that did was start Seattle Police patrolling the streets for two weeks so the frats moved the parties changed the parties from including the front yards and inside the buildings to just inside the building. To this day you can still drive down Greek Row on a Friday or Saturday night and see anywhere from 500 to 1000 people in front of the frats partying and only the lord knows how many inside.
