Has someone put together a chart for the Lockpick Appraisal reps. Sliding scale sort of thing that rates each pick for it's lock level based on the number of times it has been repaired? I am about to, I just don't want to duplicate any work if one already exists.

As far as you can tell, the lockpick has never been repaired. You could probably handle an amazingly intricate lock pretty easily with it.

Judging by the tip, the lockpick has been repaired about 2 times. You could probably handle a moderately difficult lock pretty easily with it.

Judging by the tip, the lockpick has been repaired about 4 times. You could probably handle an astoundingly complex lock pretty easily with it.

I was going to say Tsoran's site, but he has not tracked pick levels after damage/breakage.

Just match up the appraised precision with the known values for brand new picks. That should be able to get you with .05 of the actual modifier.

Also, I think that the type of repair makes a difference in how much of an effect it has on the mod of the pick. Meaning, if you bend your pick on a bad attempt and repair it, it still shows up that the pick has been "repaired" whether its only been bent and repaired or completely broken (which I'm positive makes a bigger difference). I'm just saying that you'll have to manually keep track of what type of repairs are being done to the pick if you fix both bent and broken. This probably doesn't really come into effect until you can repair your own picks because I rarely fixed bent picks until then, but I just wanted to give you a heads up so that you didn't ruin all your research

Lock mastery is easy.

Fear, dot, dot, dot, dot, drain life, win.

This is just for the purpose of the Pick Appraisal guild task, so all you have to go on are descriptions like those at the bottom of my first post. There is nothing you can keep track of as far as how the pick was damaged or what was done to repair it.
