I havent played with this myself, but I was under the impression that once you bought a one-room shop, it stayed a one-room shop, even if sold to a premium member.

Nope any premium member can expand it or downsize at any time in their shop.

I will make it 3 rooms for whoever buys it if they are nervous about it, but it does work.

I'll vouch for that, I expanded mine at a later date.

You can downsize too? I know you can expand up to 2 extra rooms (3 total) at anytime you so choose, but once it is 3 rooms, it's stuck that way until it's repo'd. I could be wrong or it could have changed since the last time I tried it.

I thought you could downsize... hrm... I will check it out and expand this one to two rooms and try to downsize it.
