Happy Thanksgiving, all. Since my friends at school and I are all doing an early thanksgiving dinner with just us, I'm in the mood already.

Any big, fun plans?

Seeing my family for the first time since the end of August? lolz.

And probably 20+ other relatives. Thanksgiving is always a huge holiday at my house.

We're doing something different this year. Not going to any family member dinners and it sounds great to me. Tired of making the rounds and trying not to piss everyone off.

Going to my wives work for a party and movie.

"We'll have plenty of turkey/food available. Your contribution of an appetizer / small dish to complement the holiday atmosphere is greatly appreciated. This event is kid-friendly. Party starts at 5oc and ends at 8oc. After the party you're welcome to stay for a movie, we are probably going to play Disney's real life /animation fairy tale "Enchanted".

Also, this is a bring your own beverage event (YAYAYAYAYAY). The cash bar will be open and you're welcome to order some of the finest drinks from our cocktail bar for your delight. (fuck you I'm bringing my own)

Hopefully I'll be asleep in a lounger by the time they start the dumb movie. I may even bring a pillow.

Go down to one of the clubs, drink, play pool, sleep. Maybe eat a turkey burger to get in the mood.

My family has been sharing Thanksgiving with a good friend's family since the kids were little. Their house this year, I'm bringing the pie, wine, and appetizers...so yeah, eat, watch football downstairs or Shrek 3 upstairs, snack, nap, and the long drive home. It's always a blast, I'm blessed to have such good friends.

Probably work, then do what I normally do when I get home.

Taking 2 weeks off for X-mas, so they are going to work me until I drop before then.

Let's see .... attempting to soak our turkey in brine for the first year, ever.
Thanksgiving's are usually boring for our family. Eat turkey which hopefully doesn't suck, watch TV (Macy's Day Parade) and maybe play some board games until the kids bickering drives us nuts.
My husbands family doesn't do Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving, they do it whatever weekend after that everyone can make it from Virginia up to New York. THAT turkey day should be filled with a lot of drama, and a few drunk relatives.

Making close to 40 pies for people for the holidays, including three pies and a cheesecake for Mike's family gathering.

Going over to his parent's house for the day itself, watching football, drinking, being put into awkward social situations with his family while trying to remain polite. Obviously, we'll eat turkey but chances are it's all going to taste like shit so we're going to have some provisions back home for afterwards.

I offered to cook Thanksgiving dinner this year, given my culinary background.. Of course Mike's grandma and mother who have to be two of the worst cooks I've ever met insist on cooking instead. It's fine, I'm used to choking down some gross food, but I'm told by his siblings that everyone is looking forward to good dessert this year.

 Sean.

Spent the day with my family. Going to spend TOMORROW with the rest of my family on my mom's side, making them fat. I baked three cheesecakes: caramel, berry, and pumpkin for everyone. Have to put the caramel top on tomorrow, then it's all set.

Other than that, studying for graduate tests.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Spending it at home with my wife and boys. My buddy is coming over as well. Nice, small and quiet day. Wife is one hell of a cook, so beats driving 2 and a half hours for a decent meal when I can stay home and get a great one.

Get off work, sleep, get up and head back to work... Just like I've done for the past 5 years. It's not that big of a deal since the family I have here are all batshit crazy. Besides, holiday pay beats trying to be nice to my relatives any day of the week. :)

Going to see the new Disney movie, Enchanted with my mom, sister and husband in the morning. Gorge myself at 4pm,

TO TO ASU VS USC GAME at 6pm. So excited I could pee.

I'm not fucking kidding you, we went to Best Buy tonight to look at something and there were people CAMPING THE FUCK OUTSIDE THE DOOR for the Friday after-thanksgiving sales.

WTF. I wanted to take a picture of it on my phone but it would be too blatantly obvious? Is it really worth it to deny yourself the best meal EVAR to save a couple hundred bucks? So sad.
