Yes I've spoken with PBJT. This doesn't appear to fit his bill as you READ it, which gives you knowledge of the spell, and then you still need to cast.

I advised him that finding a paper based self-charger that doesn't use this mechanic is going to be very difficult. Would you say thats a fair assessment?
