I think I've seen that in Illistim, myself. Thought it was just a random town/room script.

Anyone had a painful sensation when they tried to use a crystal amulet? Had that the other day, wouldn't let me onto thoughtnet for about 20 minutes

It is.

Its the room messaging when one of the unique cleric or empath runestone generated spirit servants are in the room.

Drives people nuts.

(I own both in Platinum)
