Rechargeable Haste Wearable

Since the Ithzir were nice enough to loot me of the one decent piece of equipment I take into OTF... Looking for a wearable mage rechargeable haste item. Neck/pin worn preferred, but I'm willing to consider anything, as long as I can wear it.

You're probably better off buying a blank one and having a mage put haste in it.
