Paper-based self/mage rechargeables

Looking for any unwearable self charging, or mage rechargeable paper-based items. These being parchment, sheafs of paper, and anything of the kind. A bit specific, but I have my reasons. PM with what you have... and yes, I'll even consider merchant rechargeable if I like it enough.

Scrolls will not serve the same purpose. I need the item to do the magic, rather than using me as a conduit for the cast. Still looking by the way!

Yes, but not so freaking awesome. I'll be looking at any spell though, be it water walking, disease resistance, any spell at all.

I believe Apoc's cleric went out with a self-charging parchment in the realm of 20m. Something like that, while a bit more costly than I'm looking at, would be right up my alley.
