So after being disappointed about not being able to use my nodachi I decided to concentrate on defense. heres my idea. Full plate wearing sorcerer using entirely scrolls. i think this will bipass the spell failure hindrance? At least this is the case when im using twisted wands. I use a shield in the left I quickly scroll out implosion then remove my shield then I cast with the other hand. i cant train down the manuever hindrance but i figure if im gonna get hit by a cman attack by a like level critter im as good as dead anyway. what do you all think?

Scrolls are equally subject to armor-based spell failures, and unfortunately infusing isn't reliable until higher levels. And while heavier armor provides great protection against maneuvers; at a certain point heavier armor's ability to protect you becomes outpaced by the maneuver penalty making you more likely to be hit.
Having said that, some higher level sorcerers have pulled off some heavier armor, so heavy-ish armor is possible. But it requires a LOT of armor training and a huge surplus mana pool; things you just don't have a low levels.

Holy crap, just play a warrior that's trained in scrolls.

Wrong.
Armor will have hindrance for ANY sort of "CAST" or "CHANNEL" spell. Thus, you'll have hindrance for CASTING self-known spells and spells from scrolls.
For the amount of armor use you can get (if you want to completely train down to the minimum hindrance available), the highest armor you're going to be able to get in to is Studded Leather.

You can use wands without hindrance. I have entertained the idea of getting one of the amazing sets of Brig out there and wearing that, using a lot of wands to bypass hindrance once needed. With enhancives, you could get the 110 ranks needed to get brig down to base hindrance, which would still be substancial. I would not attempt the template outside of roleplay reasons.
Also, if the path DOES prove viable, they will just nerf it like they did many times before. GMs do not want pures in heavy armor. They have made changes which has proved that time and again.

E I wounder the paladine spell that reduces armor hindarance, would if have any impact on the above build, and does anyone even know if that spell gens on scrolls... But like you said should be be viable the spell would be yanked off scrolls in the least(given it is in the system.)

Duration blows, unfortunately, and invoking runs into hindrance issues.
