Just came out yesterday. I bought it on Xbox 360 last year, but being able to play with a mouse now instead of a gay analog controller is so full of win.
Plus the PC version comes with a level editor, some extra single player stuff, some new multiplayer maps, and 2 new multiplayer modes.
You can also play cross-platform too. Go buy it. Right now.

Gears of War... Fire Emblem... Mario Galaxy...
I hate how I don't have enough time to play all of these games, I still haven't gotten around to beating Bioshock or Metroid (and those are both short games!)

I just bought it today. It's pretty damn sweet.
Oh, you can't play cross-plat though, sorry.
So far the only game to allow cross plat play was Shadowrun. THis game functions with Live, but you can't play with 360 players.

You need to be serious about getting in those extra gaming minutes.
I advise tooth decay and grocery shopping via pizza delivery. Call yourself a gamer. P-SHAW.

Hmm, I thought the box said something about cross-platform, but it was just some dumb shit in the fine print. I guess that would explain the huge lack of multiplayer matches to join compared to on XBox Live. I hope that fixes itself in the near future :(

I don't think it will.
With Call of Duty 4 just having come out, and it being the best multiplayer FPS experience I have had in 10 years, and Crysis coming out next week, I don't think Gears will ever see any substantial PC players online.
Plus, if you want to play in the ranking system you have to pay for a Gold subscription, which PC players aren't going to do, when they can play every other game for free.
