Looks like an NPC a GM forgot to finish creating. Or didn't delete. We have those blank NPC templates in the game I GM.

Well... I'm SGM of Design for an incomplete RPG. However the creator has disappeared for the past week and I haven't been able to put any work in.

It's fun having people work for me. :D

You'd be surprised at how productive I can be if I like what I'm doing.

That was probably to cut down on the massive lag that one single room was creating across the entire game.

Yes, I heard the "no one in particular" was because if it showed who was really there it would've been 3 pages of names. It was the tents outside the gate at the landing, with the runestaves and/or raffles.
