It doesn't account for everything, but the wizard has a better stat bonus (25 aur + 14 wis) vs the sorcerer (16 aur + 15 wis).

Yup, what Alex said. The stat difference is +8 for your CS, and the wizard has two more spells than the sorc which results in +1 more CS.

84 - 75 = 9

Close, but for elementalists CS only uses Aura bonus. Sorcerer circle averages aura and wisdom bonuses. 25vs(16+15)/2.

I hadn't really taken that into account, but I guess that contributes. I mean, I did try to set up the stats so they would be effective, but apparently there was minor fail.

Oh, well. It'll get better. I just thought it was funny.
