Looking for a scroll unlocker in illistim area

Just found a raise dead scroll off a critter and haven't casted off it yet. It has 5 other 300 and 200 circle spells on it. Looking for someone who can reliably unlock it.

Please U2U if you can and how much you would charge.

I'm not entirely positive on this, it's just a theory.

You might be better off getting a sorcerer to make the appropriate unlocking runestone for you, and then have a cleric wave the runestone at the scroll to actually unlock the spell, then give the scroll to the sorcerer for infusing.

Again, I have no clue if that would work, but knowledge of the spell circle (in this case, Cleric Circle) and knowing the particular spell vastly increases the chances of a successful unlocking.

I didn't think the waver could be a different person than the infuser?

Even if thats the case, I actually did find the scroll on a cleric so thats not a big deal.

You can give it a shot. Anyone can unlock scrolls, and the skill is dependant on MIU to unlock.

The Odeir'cos rune is for viewing the scroll's status.
Beiron'fyn is for unlocking spells 1-5
Erikar'fyn is 1-10
Ikar'fyn - 1-15
Quiss'fyn - 1-20

If Evarin is about, and you're not some halfbreed or halfling, he might be enticed into doing the work. Nindon is also a fairly skilled infusor. Virilneus is also in the area, but he is expensive.

According to the infusing guide on play.net, there were "plans" for a special rune that could unlock spells over level 20. Still hasn't been implemented to my knowledge.

Ah, the fabled Dikar'fyn. Good luck. Nilven said RSN on that like 2 years ago. Warden also mentioned a reform to how the scroll system works, again RSN, and Nilven is working on an arcane spell circle list. Perhaps if/when that comes out, so shall the rune.

I would put all of these releases right behind the dodge/armor maneuver/hiding changes but before 750. Possibly like ...Savant timeline in terms of,"Yeah, right. That's going to happen this decade.", order of events.
