It was merchant enchanted a long ass while ago, either way it was still expensive... And yes, it hits magical creatures.

I actually had this blade done through Eldreth for somewhere around 6200 pp's. Ended up trading it, along with a disentegration flared urnon longsword and some silver for the sanctified, exceptionally crit weighted enruned ki-lin horn, which I had to get rid of shortly thereafter due to some rather unfortunate circumstances outside of the game. At any rate, it was ridiculous to do, but I had a number of plans for the fish spine at the time. If you have a price in mind, go ahead and post it and I'll see what I can do, in terms of getting it back.
