Watching peoples court whilst I battleground and this bitch has gotten on her soap box against the dog owner.

I know where I live cats are NOT allowed to roam outside as they wish just as dogs are not. If dudes dog eats the bitches cat... is there really someone at fault?

Dude's dog shouldn't have gotten out of the house. Bitche's cat shouldn't be out roaming in the dudes yard.

I don't know of any cats that are that expensive to buy, except maybe that new breed of tiger cats. I don't know the prices on those. But it's possible that she spent 4100 bucks on the cat, including medical care and everything else, no? I know that i've spent at least a couple thousand on my youngest cat because she was sick when I got her and it cost a shitton to fix.

$4100 spent on medical costs to save the cat that now has no legs. It's just a fluffy little tootsie roll that needs to be hand fed and hosed off hourly for rolling in it's own feces.

She was denied all emotional and punitive bullshit and only award medical costs. How can you justify 4100 in medical costs on a property that only costs $80 to begin with ( as per her testimony)?

While I feel horribly for her poor little tootsie roll, I don't feel bad for her. I also don't think she deserved the medical bills reimbursement. I mean, if you're dumbshit enough to let your cats be outdoor cats (which many people do), you need to accept the fact that shit can and probably will happen. If your cat runs across the street and gets hit by a car, what are you going to do? Sue the driver for hitting your cat? I mean, c'mon. If you want to keep your babies safe, like I do, KEEP THEM INSIDE AT ALL TIMES.

If it were different, and the cat got out on accident and the woman tried all she could to get it inside before the attack happened, i'd feel different. But she didn't deserve shit in this situation IMHO.
