It's a nice little toy for a runestaff pure that bolts. Too bad for me it wouldn't help at all as all my pures use shields, and even if they didn't seven bolt AS wouldn't be worth the price tag to me.

Also, anyone know if I hold use a shield and hold the runestaff, which takes priority when calculating DS?

ds is slightly higher with both, it takes the full value of the shield, but the staff is seriously hindered because you're only holding it with one hand. not worth holding both in my opinion
