Just curious, what is your characters credit with the chronomages?

----

A finely-dressed halfling gleefully snatches a thick gold ring from your outreached hand and exclaims, "My employers will be most pleased to have this back in their possession. In return I'll charge you 5000 silvers less for your next travel ticket. If I recall correctly, you have a credit of 545000 silvers towards the purchase of a travel ticket."

I should have made this thread a poll. As that is more what I was shooting for. O well. Hopefully get some decent feedback so I can see what others are choosing to do.

I wasn't aware you could build credit like that.

Nice to know.

Just keep on turning in gold rings and they give you 5k as you saw. I personally use gold rings too much to do that, though.

Yea, and I don't use them at all. :) I walk everywhere, or script super long distances, unless I am on an escort or rescue task.

Wow, ok ... I never even knew this existed! Umm, duh?

For anyone who might be as lost as I was:

And for those straddling the fence, there are new goodies being sold at EG that act like the crystal amulet holders, but are for gold rings, so people who hate messing with the rings can now click them into a jewelry item (and I'm anticipating they can be altered, same as the amulet holders). And wear them all the time.

Soo...I'll get a holder, keep an extra couple rings on me, and give the clerk the rest. Nice to be able to be a bit ahead on the price.

Thanks for sharing, Finis..

I haven't found a gold ring in the field in about a year, wtf.

They are hoarding them from you E.

I'll admit, most of mine come from the pawn, as I don't get many in boxes anymore either, or off mobs.

And yes, I am more then willing to pay 2400 silver for a gold ring to more then double that with the chrono clerk.

Welcome Beguiler.

I seem to find loads of gold rings. My empath is holding a shitload right now so if anyone wants to buy some from me, they're more than welcome because I've started offloading them in the pawnshop.

Alchemy components/gems > gold rings for me at the moment.

If I didn't have over a half mil in credit, I would probably offer to buy them. I am sure someone would be interested though.
