Hello, I am Stanley Burrell of the Players' Corner Forum here with an inquiry for those in the know-how:

Is it possible to recharge premium point stat/skill enhancives by going to the treasurer of an Adventurer's Guild and ordering combo #5?

Yep!

It is even a good way to identify enhances found in the field. You can ask them to charge the item, and the resulting messaging will reflect whether or not the item has enhancive properties.
