Can someone explain to me why when I casted Bravery and Heroism off a scroll my AS only went up by 14?

I already had on 509 and cman surge, as well as the wspec and wbond, and 4x ET on the weapon.

You're in stance neutral?

14/35 = 40%

Hm, 211+215=+40AS. Were you low on spirit?

Nope full spirit and stance offensive.

Interestingly enough, I logged out and logged back in and I got the full 40. Anyone heard of that before?
