How many times can you change your fixskills and stats in the first 30 days of a character? more than 1 or just one?

Stats... I think they give you 5

okay, great. i was ohe but it's like slapping critters with a wet noodle as an empath at lvl 9. I need something with more punch since my rolls aren't very high. i'll max my strength, dex, and agil and go with a polearm till a few days till my times up then go back to empathin i think.
